The excursion
The Island of Elba, the largest of the Tuscan Archipelago, awaits you with fishing villages, history, and coastal landscapes. Departure is from the port of Castiglione della Pescaia aboard the motorboat La Fenice. During the navigation along the Maremma coast, you can admire Castiglione della Pescaia, le Rocchette, Punta Ala, the islets Sparviero, Porcellini, and Cerboli, and the promontory of Piombino.
Arrival at Portoferraio is scheduled around 10:15 AM, with disembarkation and a stop until about 2:00 PM. You can freely explore the town center, the Medici fortifications, places linked to Napoleon, or reach one of the nearby beaches. During the navigation, optional guided tours can be booked. On board, you can ask the staff for the daily menu; lunch is optional.
The motorboat then departs for Porto Azzurro, where about two hours of stop are planned. Here you can stroll along the waterfront, visit the village, or reach Spiaggia della Rossa. Around 5:00 PM, the return to Castiglione della Pescaia is scheduled, with arrival around 7:00 PM.
The fare includes navigation and landing fees. On board, as extra bookable services, guided tours, guided snorkeling, and lunch are available.
